I don't know if its me or way you had it on you editor because when i coded it to move it moves from the side and not where the horse head is
I don't think this has anything to do with the animation in the model. I think there's a mistake in the code
why dose it look transparent

I downloaded the file and no animations or bones were on the model when I imported into Coppercube, just static. The animations are on the file but won't import.
