The FBX files dont seem to work on my 3D programs, do you happen to have the GLTF or GLB file?
I have updated the file you can check.
I open it up in blender and its literally that big that I scale it down to 0.01 and it's still massive ; I can't even zoom out enough to really see it. and it only says hips, it seems to have animations but I can't tell if they play anything.
